A disturbance in northwest Harris County led to the arrest of a man. The incident occurred on Spring Shadows Drive. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office were involved in the case.

The suspect was found in a nearby bayou after initially fleeing the scene. He attempted to escape again by jumping fences but was caught with the help of a canine unit. The man, identified as Oscar Vasquez, allegedly injured a juvenile during the disturbance.
